You take care of providing the content. That means: logos, images, text etc.

It also helps to have any logins you regularly use handy. Or contact information for any existing system admins or freelancers you work with.

There are a number of reasons our clients first reach out to us. Website management used to be an expensive endeavor that required an expert and coding changes. Now there are many free or low-cost platforms that are easy-to-use even for non-techies.

If you aren’t seeing the traffic or marketing results you expect, it might be time for a new website.

While Web CMS (content management systems) have gotten easier and cheaper, making an impact and getting traffic online has gotten more complicated and potentially more expensive. It seems that new social media platforms pop up monthly and Google changes its algorithm and while you were ranking before, now your site has disappeared.

We offer three types of Pricing Models:

1. Project-based Package Pricing – Simple websites without eCommerce start at $3,000 and are usually delivered within 30 days including edits and feedback. Whereas a site with a private, membership portal and eCommerce could fall closer to $30,000. These packages are pretty standard and include training and one free Marketing Strategy Session.

2. Subscription pricing – When you want regular consulting or strategy management, we work on a monthly fee or retainer. For example, our monthly Business Strategy Service is one strategy call with unlimited email support for $500 per month.

3. Custom Pricing – Have you come up with a new exciting idea or have a business in a highly unique industry? We’ll happily work with you to come up with a quote that meets your needs without breaking your budget.

We ask for a 50% deposit upfront with the remainder due upon delivery.

We accept bank transfers through our Quickbooks Invoice, PayPal, Venmo or Checks.

Each project is unique and as such comes with a set of requirements established before we sign. With each project you get a certain numbers of edits and rounds of feedback included.

The beauty of our process though is that we build on WordPress, which gives you an incredible amount of flexibility to change things as much as you like. We build out the structure that supports and honors your business, but still gives you the opportunity to grow your brand.

When developing out your recommended Digital Marketing Strategy, we take into consideration your comfort-level, time-commitment and business goals. You walk away with a plan you can execute and excel at.
